Since the COVID pandemic began, forward thinking female leaders have been changing the game in every sector and every industry, across the globe. But women are also 250% more likely to leave the workplace as compared to their male peers at this time. Ever increasing workplace demands, family logistics, home schooling, and fatigue from hours of back-to-back screen time are taking us to our limits.

In order to embrace the potential for massive growth that this unique moment in time affords, you need to be able to show up and bring your voice forward, even when the going gets tough.

You need to be able to source energy on demand, to step out of survival mode, and to cultivate an authentic sense of hope. And for that, you need deep resilience.

This day-long interactive virtual retreat is designed to bust traditional myths about resilience – Helping you build a solid foundation of personal and professional resilience, so that you can make a lasting impact in 2021, without burning out.

At the retreat, we will re-charge your battery, taking you through a series of embodied, mindfulness practices that leave you feeling energized and empowered. You will not be stuck at your screen – we will get up and moving, engage in interactive activities, and maybe even go outside.

You will get nourished – but you won’t just be given a fish… you will learn how to fish for yourself. Over the course of our time together, you will also learn how to build these practices into your day-to-day life, and create new ones as needed – anytime.

We will cover the following three themes:

Energy on Demand:

  • Your typical approach to self-care probably isn’t cutting it at this time. Engage in practices that charge your battery. And learn how to build a daily routine that gives you the best of your favorite exercise, yoga or meditation class in a fraction of the time.

Stepping out of Survival Mode:

  • Your self-sabotage patterns may hold the keys to your sanity andyour success. Engage in practices that help you re-center under pressure. And learn how to tell the difference between situations that simply require more grit… and those that require letting go.

Cultivating Authentic Hope:

  • Your energy, mindset and presence have more impact than you may think on the field of possibilities around you. Develop a Leadership North Star that helps you get bigger than your challenges and problems. And discover the power of cultivating an authentic sense of hope, on demand.

The practices, strategies and approaches you will learn during this session build upon one another. Taken together they form a deep-seated, intuitive foundation of resilience that works with the feminine body, mind and spirit, rather than against it.
